HOW WE EMPLOY

Jetty Food Store is an established employer and popular providore and cellar door with an emphasis on loacal produce.

After five years of successful trade Jetty Food Store has the loyal support of many suppliers to assist with staff training and education. Staff are offered structured Barista training through Rio Coffee and if the job role requires Responsible Service training this is conducted by certified providers.

Pay rates are in accordance with the Restaurant Industry Award and superannuation entitlements are paid in accordance with the Australian Super Guarantee. The store employs staff on both casual , part time and full time arrangements depending on the role, with additional recruitment for holiday seasons.

All staff are offered formal performance feedback and review and participate in regular staff meetings and events and gain satisfaction from working in an environment that is committed to supporting local and sustainable growers and producers.
