Our philosophy is to maximise the use of local ingredients, in particular to use produce grown by local backyard farmers and producers using sustainable practices.

We are a providore so you’ll be able to buy fresh local and most the time pesticide free fruit and vegetables. In addition we have a big range of in-house made ready to go meals, sweet treats, and delicatessen lines. We stock artisan cheese and bread, the daily papers and local dairy including milk.

Our coffee is Rio Coffee’s South Australian freshly roasted fair-trade organic and our teas are South Australian owned T-Bar. We sell and cook local King George Whiting and Garfish and more seafood. Check out our menu for breakfast and lunch to eat in and takeaway.

We also stock a range of gluten-free products, cakes and meals.
